PTPTN (Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional)

PTPTN is a government agency under the Ministry of Higher Education that provides study loans to Malaysian students pursuing higher education. PTPTN’s main objectives are to provide loans to eligible students at higher learning institutions, offer saving schemes, and manage funds for higher education.

PTPTN loans can help students pay their fees and living expenses for the duration of their studies, either fully or partially. Students who achieve First Class Honours for their degree may also have their loan converted into a scholarship, which would exempt them from repaying it.
