Ngui & Associates was established on 23 February 2006. Presently there are three partners in this firm, namely Mr. George Ngui Kuang Kee, Ms. Lora Sia Hung Lin, and Ms. Michelle Hung Yin Yee and now was joined by two legal assistants together with four supporting staff.

Our firm has taken up professional insurance coverage of up to RM5,000,000.00 any one claim and in the aggregate inclusive costs and expenses for the year 2021/2022 from Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad until 13th March 2022.

George Ngui Kuang Kee
Mr. Ngui has been studying law in UK and graduated from the University of Manchester in year 2000. He did his studies for Certificate of Legal Practice in University of Malaya and obtained said Certificate in 2003. Mr. Ngui was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in March 2005.

Lora Sia Hung Lin
Ms. Sia graduated from the Law Faculty of Universiti Malaya in 2003 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in A 2004. She then joined the firm as a legal assistant after she was admitted to the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak in April 2007.
Ms. Sia has been involved in an extensive field of works including the following types of work:-
- Real estate sale and purchase transactions and housing projects
- Housing and commercial loans documentation
- Employment matter
- Construction agreement
- Corporate joint venture agreement, service agreement, and management agreement
- Partnership Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, and Sale and Purchase of Share Agreement
Ms. Michelle graduated from the Law Faculty of Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin in 2017 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in February 2019. She then commenced her pupillage in May 2019 in the firm and was admitted to the High Court of Sabah & Sarawak in April 2007. She has join the firm as a legal assistant after she was called in February 2020.
Ms. Michelle has been involved in an extensive field of works including the following types of work:-
